If I switch to another ReMax agent will the new agent know that I first worked with a different agent? My current agent (Remax) is not working good for me. I'd like to change to a new agent (also Remax). Will they know? I am talking about buyers agent here. and i haven't signed any contract.

I thought I might have seen a commercial for this? Is there a real estate co like Remax that buys back houses? I thought I have seen an ad with Remax or some other real estate company saying they would buy your house if you wanted to sell. I assume would also need to use them to look for a new house also. Has anyone done this? How did it work out for you?

I have never used my debit card in my life but I just got charged for 3 tanks of gas, How can this happen? I have never used my debit card / atm card for a purchase. I only use it to access my bank account. I find out today, that about a week ago my debit card was used to purchase three tanks of gas in an area in my county that I am never near. How could someone have gotten my debit card number? Isn't a pin needed to use it? I recently got an apartment and had to provide my bank account number to the brokers (one of whom was Remax). Could they have somehow accessed my account?

Can a realtor drop the price on your house without consulting you? We signed a six month contract with a remax agent in Missouri to sell our house. He first listed it 36K below market value because the way the market has been. Recently I noticed he dropped it another 10K without consulting us. We will barely cash out with paying off the loan and his commission. Not to mention the fact that he has failed to uphold a lot of what he stated he would do if we listed the house with him. Is this allowable? Would you believe this is grounds to be able to break the sale contract with him?
