I thought I might have seen a commercial for this? Is there a real estate co like Remax that buys back houses?

I thought I have seen an ad with Remax or some other real estate company saying they would buy your house if you wanted to sell. I assume would also need to use them to look for a new house also. Has anyone done this? How did it work out for you?

1. There are plenty of investment companies out there that will buy your house. Most of them do not buy at retail value (especially not in a declining market). They are easy to find. Just go in the classified section of your local paper, and look for ads that say something like "I buy houses". There are many tools they can use to buy your house. Make sure you get a professional to look over any offers before you sign anything.
