What has been done to enforce single family homes?

I live in a neighborhood where they are supposed to be single family homes and I know there are more then 1 family living in about 3 other homes. How do one enforce it?

1. Those kind of rules are enforced by local governments. You need to start there, not in a national forum such as this.
2. Go to your local city courthouse and speak to the individuals there who handle ordinance of housing.
